I have two favorite characters and they're in the same novel. In To Kill a Mockingbird, Atticus Finch maintains deep convictions for what is right even in the face of opposition. I also love Scout Finch. She doesn't fit the profile of other girls her age in that time period and in that part of the country. Yet, by the end of the book, she seems to come to terms with who she is and has a deep appreciate for the family she has.

Atticus and Scout are strong characters. I enjoy them too.
